UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2024-11-15

On November 15, 2024, an extraordinary session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, with the following agenda issues:

1. Discussion and approval of the membership applications of individuals seeking to join the Association;
2. Discussion and approval of the termination of membership for certain members of the Association;
3. Discussion and approval of the expulsion of certain members from the Association.

All 15 members of the Council participated in the session, with 6 present in person and 9 participating remotely.
All 15 members voted in favor of the agenda items and approved the list of 5 individuals who met the membership criteria for joining the Association, the list of 20 individuals who requested to terminate their membership, and the list of 10 individuals to be expelled from the Association.
