FIFTH UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2024-07-15

On July 15, 2024, the fifth unscheduled Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held. The agenda issues were:

1. Discussion and approval of the membership applications of individuals seeking membership in the Association;
2. Discussion and approval of the membership application of the legal entity candidate “SMART CONSULT” LLC;
3. Discussion and approval of the termination of membership for certain members of the Association;
4. Discussion and approval of the expulsion of certain members from the Association.

The Council session was attended by 12 out of 14 Council members, all present in person.
All 12 members voted in favor of the agenda issues and approved the list of 59 individuals who met the membership criteria, including 2 lecturers from the Association’s educational center, Anna Avetisyan and Lusine Muradyan.
They also approved the membership of “SMART CONSULT” LLC, the termination of membership for 39 individuals, and the expulsion of 1 individual from the Association.
