Supplement on activities subject to notification

Dear Colleagues, Amendments to the RA Law “On Road Transport” have been introduced from December 1, 2023. In particular, it is determined that an interstate carrier must appoint a person responsible for the organization and safety of transportation, a transportation manager, and the activity of professional training of transportation managers may be carried out by organizations that have obtained the right to engage in activities subject to notification. Due to these amendments, the RA Law “On State Duty” was also supplemented, according to which from December 1, 2024, the state duty for some operations associated with the professional qualification of a transportation manager is determined.
