On December 5, 2023, the unscheduled Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:
- Discussion and approval of the membership termination of members of the Association;
- Discussion and approval of membership to meet the membership requirements of individuals seeking membership in the association.
The Council session was attended by 13 members, with 7 present and 6 remote.
All 13 members unanimously voted in favor of the agenda issues and approved the list of members who applied for termination of membership in the Association - 2 individuals, as well as the list of members who meet the membership criteria from among the candidates who applied for membership in the Association - 2 individuals.
