Corporate events

Organizing corporate events is the most effective way of team building, it allows colleagues to communicate with each other outside of work, in a different setting.

The importance and main purpose of team building is to create strong team and interpersonal bonds, improve team communication, planning skills, employee motivation, and most importantly teamwork.

Within the Association, various events are held annually to strengthen team spirit among employees, effective communication between team members, exchange of valuable work experience, and promotion of professional creativity of employees. These include a New Year's corporate party, forest kitchens, group excursions aimed at enhancing the development of team members and entertainment organization, as well as games organized between members of the Association.
