From August 14 to 16, members of the Association of Accountants of Armenia and employees of partner offices in the Syunik Region spent a weekend in the city of Kapan, combining active leisure, team interaction, and the opportunity to discover beautiful places.
The main and now traditional purpose of the visit was the hike to Mount Khustup. The hike was not only a physical challenge but also another opportunity to strengthen team spirit, mutual support, and unity. We completed the journey together, supporting and encouraging one another and sharing the joy and impressions of every moment.
For us, team building is not limited to cooperation in the workplace. It is also an opportunity to spend time together, get to know one another better, build new connections, and strengthen trust within the team. During these days, the routine of everyday work was replaced by friendly conversations, shared adventures, humor, and unforgettable moments.
As part of the program, we also visited Kapan's historical and cultural landmarks, exploring the city's rich heritage. The visit concluded with participation in events dedicated to the 88th anniversary of the city of Kapan.
Three days filled with adventures, new experiences, warm interactions, and team spirit.
Such gatherings remind us once again that a strong team is built not only by working together, but also by experiencing, overcoming challenges, and creating memories together.
