UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2025-02-03

On February 3, 2025, the extraordinary session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, addressing the following agenda issues:

1. Early termination of the President's powers at their own initiative;
2. Election of a new President.

All 15 members of the Association's Council participated in the session, with 8 present in person and 7 participating remotely. All 15 members voted in favor of the agenda items.
We express our gratitude to Vahagn Hambardzumyan for his invaluable contribution to the establishment and progress of the Association over the years. Congratulations to Hermine Tovmasyan on being elected as the President of the Association, and we wish her continued success and new initiatives in the pursuit of the Association's development!
