On September 22, 2026, the extraordinary session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, addressing the following agenda item:
Discussion of the fulfillment of the membership requirements and approval of the membership of “FinTex Consulting” LLC, a legal entity that applied for membership in the Association.
Thirteen out of the 15 members of the Association's Council participated in the session, with 4 present in person and 9 participating remotely.
All 13 members voted in favor of the agenda item and approved the membership of “FinTex Consulting” LLC in the Association.
