REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2023-01-30

On January 30, 2023, the regular Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Discussion of the completion of membership requirements for individuals seeking membership in the association and confirmation of membership;
2. Discussion and approval of the membership termination of members of the Association;
3. Discussion and approval of the membership dismissal of the members of the Association.

The Council session was attended by all 15 members, with 8 present and 7 remote.
All 15 members unanimously voted in favor of the agenda issues and approved the list of members who met the membership criteria among the candidates who applied for membership in the Association - 57 individuals, the list of members who applied to the Association to terminate the membership of the Association - 35 individuals and the list of members expelled from the Association - 11 individuals.
