On July 14, 2023, the regular Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were: 1. Discussion of the completion of membership requirements for physical individuals seeking membership in the association and confirmation of membership; 2. Discussion and approval of the membership termination of members of the Association; 3. Discussion and approval of the membership dismissal of the members of the Association. The Council session was attended by 14 members out of 15, with 8 present and 6 remote. All 14 members unanimously voted in favor of the agenda issues and approved the list of candidates of physical individuals who applied for membership in the Association, the list of members who meet the membership criteria - 57 individuals, the list of members who applied for termination of membership in the Association - 24 individuals, and the list of individuals to be excluded from the membership of the Association - 2 individuals.
