On March 13, 2024, the unscheduled Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issue of which was:
- Discussion and approval of the membership applications of legal entities “Accounting Solutions LLC” and “Safe Accounting LLC” for membership in the Association.
The Council session was attended by 13 members out of 15, with 8 present and 5 remote.
All 13 members unanimously voted in favor of the agenda issue and approved the membership applications of “Accounting Solutions LLC” and “Safe Accounting LLC” to the Association.
