UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2025-07-09

On July 9, the regular session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, with the following agenda items:

1. Discussion and approval of the membership applications of individuals seeking to join the Association;
2. Discussion and approval of the termination of membership for certain members of the Association;
3. Discussion and approval of the expulsion of certain members from the Association.

Twelve members of the Council participated in the session, 4 of whom were present in person, while 8 participated remotely.
All 12 members voted in favor of the agenda items and approved the following:

• The list of 62 individuals who met the membership criteria and were admitted as new members of the Association;
• The list of 36 individuals who submitted requests to terminate their membership;
• The list of 4 individuals whose membership was revoked.
