REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION'S BOARD, 2026-07-15

On July 15, the regular session of the Board of the "Association of Accountants of Armenia" NGO took place, addressing the following agenda items:

1. Discussion and confirmation of the fulfillment of membership requirements by individuals who applied to join the Association, and approval of their admission,
2. Discussion and approval of the termination of membership of individual members of the Association,
3. Discussion and approval of the expulsion of individual members from the Association,
4. Discussion and approval of a monetary transaction exceeding one million drams,
5. Setting the Membership Fee Amount.

The session was attended by 13 of the Association Board's 15 members, of whom 4 were present in person and 9 remotely.
All 13 members voted in favor of the agenda items and approved the list of candidates who had applied for membership and met the membership requirements — 55 individuals in total; the list of members who had submitted applications to terminate their membership in the Association — 28 individuals in total; and the list of members to be expelled from the Association — 8 individuals in total.
