THE THIRTY-FIRST EXTRAORDINARY CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On January 24, the thirty-first extraordinary conference of the "Association of Accountants of Armenia" public organization took place at the "Elite Plaza" business center. Before proceeding to the agenda items of the assembly, Association Board member Vahagn Hambardzumyan, on behalf of the Association, congratulated Larisa Manasyan, Director of the "Sirius Light" Accounting Center operating in Sisian city, on the occasion of her birthday. Subsequently, Association President Hermine Tovmasyan presented the agenda items of the assembly:

1. Discussion of strategic issues for 2026-2030;
2. Early termination of a Board member's powers;
3. Election of a new member to the Board;
4. Discussion of issues and proposals.

The assembly was held through delegates. The assembly was legitimate, and its delegates (115 in total, of which 108 were present) unanimously voted in favor of the issues included in the agenda through open voting. In the second part of the assembly, an active Q&A session was organized, during which Association members voiced their questions of interest and received answers.
