THE THIRD CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On May 23, 2017, the third conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Approval of the change of the location of the organization and the new edition of the Statute of the Association;
2. Approval of the new edition of the Statute.

The conference was legally qualified, the participants of which voted unanimously in favor of approving the amended regulations by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
