THE NINTH CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On January 30, 2020, the ninth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of “BUSINESS SINGLE WINDOW”, Limited Liability Company;
2. Change of the head of the executive body of “BUSINESS SINGLE WINDOW”, Limited Liability Company.

The conference was legally qualified, the participants of which voted unanimously in favor of approving the amended regulations by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
