THE TWENTY-FOURTH EXTRAORDINARY CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On September 4, 2024, the twenty-fourth extraordinary conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) took place. The agenda included the following issues:

1. Early termination of the powers of two members of the Association's Council,
2. Election of two new members to the Association's Council.

The conference was legally constituted, with participants (a total of 323, including 38 present in person and 285 participating remotely) unanimously approving the agenda items through open voting.
The conference was also attended remotely by regional members of the Association.
