On March 13, 2024, the twentieth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held. The agenda included the following issue:
- Early termination of the powers of a member of the Association’s Council.
The conference was legally qualified, with 314 participants (40 present in person and 274 participating remotely) who unanimously approved the agenda item by open ballot.
Regional members of the Association also participated in the conference remotely.
