THE TWENTY-FIFTH EXTRAORDINARY CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On November 13, 2025, the twenty-fifth extraordinary conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held. The agenda items included:

1. Early termination of the powers of a member of the Association's Council,
2. Election of three new members to the Association's Council.

The conference was legally constituted, with participants (a total of 358, including 47 present in person and 311 participating remotely) unanimously approving the agenda items through open voting.
Regional members of the Association also participated remotely in the conference.
