On November 23, 2022, the fourteenth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issue of which was:
- Amendments to certain clauses of the Statute of the Association.
The amendments concerned the revision of the terms of payment of the admission and membership fees of the Association, as well as the mandatory frequency of regular meetings of the Council.
The conference was legally qualified, with 246 participants (34 present, and 212 remotes) voting unanimously in favor of adopting the amended clauses by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
