THE TWELFTH CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On October 28, 2021, the twelfth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Supplement of a new clause in the Statute;
2. Approval of the new edition of the Statute.

The conference was legally qualified, the participants of which voted unanimously in favor of approving the amended regulations by open ballot.
Regional members of the Association also participated in the conference remotely.
