On December 19, 2022, the fifteenth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issue of which was:
- Amendments to certain clauses of the Statute of the Association.
The amendments concerned the division of admission and membership fees of the Association by physical and legal entities-members, as well as clarification of some clauses of the Statute.
The conference was legally qualified, with 276 participants (27 present, and 249 remotes) voting unanimously in favor of adopting the amended clauses by open ballot.
