On February 1, 2023, the sixteenth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issue of which was:
- Amendments to clause 10.2. of the Statute.
The conference was legally qualified, with 246 participants (31 present, and 215 remotes) voting unanimously in favor of adopting the amended clause by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
