THE SIXTH CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On November 12, 2018, the sixth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issue of which was:

1. Confirmation of the acquisition of 10 percent of the shares of “LOYAL ACCOUNTANT” Limited Liability Company.

The conference was legally qualified, the participants of which voted unanimously in favor of approving the amended regulations by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
