Procurement legislation, basic concepts, principles, and objectives of the law. Procurement process, people in charge, procurement planning, and preparation.
Procurement forms/procedures, and conditions for their application.
Changes to foundations and NGOs made in 2020.
Peculiarities defined by legislation within the framework of control over non-profit organizations.
Peculiarities of the taxation system for foundations and NGOs (VAT, profit tax). Auditor consultation with qualified auditor Anna Avetisyan, co-founder of “Audit Armenia”.
