Course topics are:

• Procurement legislation, basic concepts, principles, and objectives of the law, procurement process, people in charge, procurement planning and preparation;
• Procurement forms/procedures, conditions for their use;
• Contract management and execution;
• Appealing the procurement process;
• E-procurement through ARMEPS and auction system, preparation of bids, participation in auctions, submission of protocols.
