Course topics are:
- Procurement legislation, basic concepts, principles, and objectives of the law
- Procurement process, people in charge, procurement planning and preparation
- Procurement forms/procedures, conditions for their use
- Contract management and execution
- Appealing the procurement process
- E-procurement through ARMEPS and auction system, preparation of bids, participation in auctions, submission of protocols
