• Procurement legislation, basic concepts, principles, and objectives of the law
• Procurement process, people in charge, procurement planning and preparation
• Procurement forms/procedures, conditions for their use
• Contract management and execution
• Appealing the procurement process
• E-procurement through ARMEPS and auction system, preparation of bids, participation in auctions, submission of protocols
