The seminar will present:

• All peculiarities of accounting and taxation of an NPO (non-profit organization);
• Tax relationships arising from the implementation of grant programs,;
• Methodology for accounting for international and other grant programs;
• Examples of organizations engaged in similar activities in Armenia and other countries;
• Legal requirements for conducting business;
• Rules for taxation of business activities;
• Reporting and other requirements;
• Legal norms and projects on volunteer work.
