• Scope of labor legislation and legal grounds for the establishment of employment relations,
• Types of employment contracts, employment history, probation period, part-time employment, internships, (traineeship contracts), remote work,
• Conclusion (transition) of employment contracts via the electronic digital system,
• Modification of essential working conditions, downtime, remuneration during downtime,
• Leave entitlements (annual leave, maternity leave, childcare leave until the child reaches the age of three, study leave, unpaid leave, paternity leave),
• Salary: remuneration for overtime, night work, work on public holidays and memorial days; pay for increased workload; deadlines and procedures for salary payment,
• Average salary, payment for annual leave, monetary compensation for unused annual leave
• Material liability, full material liability agreements,
• Termination of employment contracts (by mutual consent, at the employee’s initiative, at the employer’s initiative),
• Prohibitions on terminating an employment contract at the employer’s initiative,
