    On March 2, 2022, the Association hosted another “Employees with SPM” seminar with the main topics being:

    1. EXPECTATIONS - DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM ANYONE
    2. ILLUSIONS - LIVE WITHOUT ILLUSIONS
    3. EXCUSES - DON'T MAKE EXCUSES
    4. ASSUMPTIONS - CHECK YOUR ASSUMPTIONS
    5. IRRELEVANT “YES-SAYING” - SAY NO IF YOU HAVE TO

    Employees of the regional partner offices of the Association also participated in the seminar remotely.
    The seminar was conducted by the President of the Association Vahagn Hambardzumyan.
