On amendments to excise tax rates and establishment of new administrative responsibility

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendments made to the RA Tax Code, the excise tax rates applicable in 2024, 2025 and 2026 were increased for certain goods subject to excise tax. An amendment was also made to the RA Administrative Offenses Code, according to which liability is established for selling goods at a price exceeding the maximum retail price established for certain types of goods.
