Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the procedure for finalizing the “Free Customs Zone” and “Free Warehouse” customs procedures without formalizing them with other customs procedures is established. If there are grounds, determined by the legislation, for the termination of the “Free Customs Zone” or “Free Warehouse” customs procedures, the declarant of the “Free Customs Zone” or “Free Warehouse” customs procedures shall be obliged to submit an application and documents confirming the information contained in the application to the customs authority.
