On the procedure for identifying foreign goods and goods imported into the territory of free economic zones in goods derived from goods processed under separate customs procedures

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the procedure for identification of foreign goods, as well as goods imported into the territory of free economic zones is established in the goods obtained (produced) from goods processed under the customs procedures “Free Customs Zone” and “Free Warehouse”, as well as in goods imported into the territory of free economic zones. Identification of foreign goods in finished products shall be carried out by the declarant or individuals acting on their behalf based on an application submitted to the customs authority exercising control over goods formed by the “Free Customs Zone” or “Free Warehouse” customs procedures.
