On establishing the characteristics of the trade network

Dear Colleagues, With the supplements made to the RA Law “On Trade and Services”, some peculiarities of the trade network activity are defined. In particular, it defines fair trade rules between retailers and suppliers, as well as defines the terms of settlements between retailers and suppliers. The law will go into force on May 6, 2024.
