On establishing a state duty for acquiring the right to provide passenger transportation services on an electronic platform

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendments made to the RA Law “On State Duty”, from September 1, 2024, the state duty for obtaining the right to provide passenger transportation services by passenger cars and cab cars on the electronic platform is established. The state duty is set in relation to the total cost of transportation and differs depending on the method of payment of the cost of transportation: cash or non-cash.
