Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the procedure of reimbursement of social expenses incurred by individuals based on annual income tax calculation is established, which is applied to the RA citizens who are residents of the RA and submitted an annual tax report (declaration) per Article 156 of Part 4.1 of the RA Tax Code in the reporting period after January 1, 2023.
