On the procedure for import, export, and destruction of genetically modified organisms

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, starting from November 11, 2023, the procedure for importation of genetically modified organisms for research and demo-experimental works into the territory of the Republic of Armenia under the customs procedure “Release for Domestic Consumption” and the procedure for exportation from the territory of the Republic of Armenia under the customs procedure “Export” was defined.
