On the procedure and form of keeping the register of certified producers, importers, and exporters of seeds and planting materials

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the procedure for keeping the register of individuals and legal entities producing, importing, and exporting certified seeds and planting material in the Republic of Armenia and the application form for registration in the register are defined. It is also established that the petitioner is registered in the register for a period of 2 years. To extend the specified term, the applicant shall apply for the extension of the registration term to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia 15 working days prior to its expiration.
