On remote work

Dear Colleagues, From November 25, 2023, the legal norms on remote work defined in the RA Labor Code have been amended, according to which work may be performed remotely not only in cases of emergency but also in general by mutual agreement between the employee and the employer if the nature of the work allows it to be performed remotely. At the same time, the Code was supplemented with several other legal norms relating to these relations. The amendments also apply to labor relations arising under labor contracts concluded prior to the entry into force of the amendments and continue at the time of their entry into force.
