Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree dated December 12, 2023, the procedure of registration of collective agreements of republican, branch, territorial, and organizations is defined. One party to a collective bargaining agreement executed prior to that time may enter it into the registry (while notifying the other party in writing) within three months after December 12, 2023.
