On reimbursement of the amount of excise tax paid at import in case of export of goods subject to excise tax imported to RA

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree of 09.06.2023, the rules defining the procedure, amount and conditions of reimbursement of the excise tax amount paid upon import, upon export of excisable goods imported to the Republic of Armenia by a resident organization or an individual entrepreneur were introduced.
