Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, starting from June 18, 2023, the procedure of registration and date of export of goods subject to excise tax, imported to the territory of the Republic of Armenia, classified under FEACN 2204, 2205, 2206, 2207, 2208, 2402 codes and subject to excise tax, if it is ensured, these goods may be imported to the territory of the Republic of Armenia without stamping with excise stamps.
