On non-application of certain rules regarding restrictions on the import of pesticides and agrochemicals into the territory of the Republic of Armenia

Dear Colleagues, The RA laws “On Phytosanitary” and “On State Control over Food Safety” have been amended, according to which from July 12, 2023, in urgent or special cases, under the legal act adopted by the authorized person of the policy-producing body, pesticides and the rules of limiting the import of agrochemicals, based on a legal act adopted by the authorized person of the policy.
