On recognition of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

Dear Colleagues, From December 17, 2023, amendments to the RA Law "On state registration of legal entities, separated subdivisions of legal entities, enterprises, and individual entrepreneurs" came into force, which, in particular, establishes that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the agency's information system, in respect of which there are no entries in the unified state register, may apply to the agency to have their state registration recognized.
