On the new procedure for accounting of used and extracted resources in the sphere of water use

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree from January 1, 2024, a new procedure of installation, sealing, and operation of water measuring (water gauging) devices for online data transmission for accounting of used surface water resources and extracted resources of underground freshwater is established. Prior to the effective date of this resolution, water measuring (water gauging) devices installed and sealed for online data transmission may be used without replacement and revision, and water measuring (water gauging) devices that do not provide online data transmission are subject to replacement and revision.
