On the peculiarities of volunteer activities

Dear Colleagues, On June 14, 2023, RA Law HO-202-N “On Volunteer Activities” was adopted, which defines the peculiarities related to volunteer activities. In particular, the subject of volunteer activities has been defined, according to which the range of organizations that have the opportunity to engage in volunteer activities has been expanded. The procedure for concluding a contract on volunteer work, its content, grounds, and procedure for termination of the contract were also determined. Several legislative acts have also been amended in connection with volunteering. The provisions relating to volunteering are effective from October 13, 2023.
