Supplements to the list of activities subject to licensing

Dear Colleagues, From October 3, 2023, the RA Law “On Licensing” was amended, according to which the arrangement of professional training on the transportation of dangerous goods is defined as an activity subject to licensing. In connection with this amendment corresponding amendments were made to the RA Law “On State Duty”, according to which from 01.04.2024 a state duty is established for issuing a license for the mentioned type of activity.
