Supplements to the list of sensitive goods

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendments made to the RA Law “On control over the exportation of dual-purpose goods, the transit transportation thereof through the territory of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the transfer of dual-purpose information and products of intellectual activity”, starting from November 23, 2023, the RA Government may establish lists of sensitive goods, in which the included goods may be controlled goods as a result of processing. The procedure for professional examination of controlled goods and controlled intangible assets shall be determined by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
