On the procedure for issuing a preliminary decision by customs authorities on methods of determining customs value

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the procedure and conditions for issuing preliminary decisions by customs authorities on the methods of determining the customs value of goods imported into the Republic of Armenia, as well as the procedure and terms for applying the decisions are defined. A preliminary decision shall be made by the customs authority based on the application submitted by the declarant or the person authorized by him/her to the customs authority, if there are cases defined by the decision.
